(3) Use of cookies:
a) This website uses so-called transient cookies (“session cookies”), the scope and functionality of which are explained below:
b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. This includes, in particular, session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the joint session. This allows your computer to be recognised when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.
c) You can configure your browser settings according to your wishes and, for example, refuse the acceptance of third-party cookies or all cookies. We would like to point out that you may not be able to use all the features of this website.

You can prevent the use of HTML5 storage objects by using private mode in your browser. In addition, we recommend that you delete your cookies and browser history on a regular basis.

(1) Our website includes the possibility of electronic contact via e-mail/contact form. As far as you use this function, the personal data transmitted by you to us will be stored for the purpose of processing your request or for contacting us (response to your message). Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular statutory retention periods — remain unaffected.

The data will then be deleted and the physical application documents destroyed. The storage serves in particular for proof purposes in the event of a dispute. If it is apparent that the data will be required after the expiry of the 6-month period (e.g. due to an impending or pending litigation), deletion will take place only if the purpose for the further retention is omitted.
A longer storage may also take place if you have given a corresponding consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) or if statutory retention obligations preclude deletion.

Matomo generates reports as HTML pages that can be viewed with a browser and can be linked directly from the analysed website, for example.
Matomo does not use cookies for the evaluation. The analysis is carried out via the log files stored on our server, which also contain IP addresses. As a rule, this data cannot be assigned to specific persons. A combination of these log files with other data sources is not carried out, the log files are automatically deleted after a statistical evaluation after one month.
The program does not transmit any data to third parties. In particular, there is no transfer of data to non-European countries.
Further information on data protection in the measurement procedure can be found on the website https://matomo.org and the data protection website https://matomo.org/privacy-policy.
